I had a wonderful stay at a charming villa in Baile Govora. The room was beautifully furnished with solid wood antique refurbished furniture and original oak parquet. The highlight was the enormous bathroom that made me feel truly spoiled. The location was also perfect, nestled on a small hill in the middle of the forest, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Additionally, the manager of the property went above and beyond, taking us on a personal tour of the region's monasteries. I highly recommend this hotel for its exquisite rooms, exceptional service, and picturesque setting.

the staff at this place, Former Ceausescu's Vila Crizantema, were incredibly friendly and kind. They were also very understanding when we arrived late due to bad road conditions. the dinner and breakfast provided were great, and the beds were comfortable. the facilities were also good, and the rooms were spacious and clean. I loved the era-appropriate furniture and the overall old-time atmosphere. the location was convenient, as it was close to the main park and store.
